Tulsa-area drivers: brand-new CDL paid training and up to $1800 a week once solo.

Most carriers want a year of experience. Here 120 hours of CDL school gets you in.

The money

• Paid $800 a week in training
• $1000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $1200 to $1800 a week once solo
• 1800 to 2400 miles a week
• $15 stop pay
• Paid weekly

Your week

OTR lanes east of Denver no Northeast. A mix of drop and hook live loads and preloads. Out two to three weeks then home.

From CDL school to your own truck

1. A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.
2. Orientation 2 days at most. Hotel paid one-way bus ticket reimbursed $300 for orientation once hired.
3. 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing trip planning logs and fueling. You are paid $800 a week.
4. Your own assigned truck about 1.5 years old on average automatic or 10-speed. For your first 3 months solo your pay will not drop below $1000 a week.

Straight answers for new drivers

• How often will I see home Every two to three weeks.
• I am not good at backing yet. Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
• Does my CDL school count If it was 120 hours or more yes.
• Do I pay for orientation No. Hotel covered bus ticket reimbursed and $300 once you are hired.
• What if my first solo weeks are slow You still get at least $1000 a week for your first 3 months solo.

What you need

• Class A CDL from your state of residence 21 or older
• New CDL grad with 120 school hours or 6 months of recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen
