South Metro OKC drivers: OTR miles east of Denver no Northeast paid training for new CDL holders.

Runs like OTR but inside a set zone so you are not sent everywhere. Recent CDL grads train with a paid mentor first.

What you earn

• Paid $800 a week in training
• $1000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $1200 to $1800 a week once solo
• 1800 to 2400 miles a week
• $15 stop pay
• Weekly direct deposit

Your week

OTR lanes everywhere east of Denver except the Northeast. Drop and hook live loads and preloads. Home every two to three weeks.

What new drivers ask us

• How often will I see home Every two to three weeks.
• Does my CDL school count If it was 120 hours or more yes.
• I am not good at backing yet. Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
• Do I pay for orientation No. Hotel covered bus ticket reimbursed and $300 once you are hired.
• What if my first solo weeks are slow You still get at least $1000 a week for your first 3 months solo.

What happens after you apply

A recruiter calls the same business day and goes over your license and record with you. Orientation takes 2 days at most; the hotel is covered your bus ticket is reimbursed and you get $300 for attending once hired. Then you ride 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor who coaches you on backing logs fueling and trip planning and you are paid $800 a week while you learn. When you are ready you get your own assigned truck about 1.5 years old on average. For your first 3 months solo your pay will not drop below $1000 a week.

What you need

• Class A CDL from your state of residence 21 or older
• New CDL grad with 120 school hours or 6 months of recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years
• DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen
