Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Assist with unloading, staging, moving, and positioning structural steel and materials.
- Support layout and basic installation of steel components under supervision.
- Use hand and power tools to assist with bolting, aligning, and securing materials.
- Assist with rigging, signaling, and guiding loads during crane and equipment operations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior ironworkers.
- Maintain and care for assigned tools and equipment.
- Perform other trade-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in structural, industrial, or construction work.
- Willingness to build skills in the ironworking trade.
- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and work outdoors.
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.

- Respect tools, equipment, and jobsite property.
Safety Requirements - Use all required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow Federal, State, company, and client safety rules and procedures.
- Participate in job hazard analyses and daily safety meetings.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses immediately.
- Maintain a safe and alert working environment at all times.
