The position includes responsibilities such as the formulation of polymers, spray coating formulations, and the operation of various equipment and machinery.ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery to produce medical devices that meet specifications.Follow manufacturing instructions and accurately update relevant job documentation for traceability.Prepare products for packing and sterilization.Inspect products using a microscope.Ensure compliance with GMPs.Set up coating machines and perform coating, inspecting, and folding of balloon catheters.Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations and test them.Package both sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.Identify supplies that need replenishment.Build components needed for top-level work orders.Complete required cleaning activities.Essential SkillsProficiency in English.Comfortable standing for the entire shift.Willingness to work overtime.Comfortable working with chemicals.High School diploma or equivalent.6 months of experience in the medical device industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with microscope inspection is preferred.Familiarity with the cleanroom and gowning/de-gowning processes.Why Work Here?Join a rapidly growing team whose product just received FDA approval in the US, offering opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
