Join a trusted shop with 60+ years of experience producing tight-tolerance parts for aerospace, automotive, agricultural, and other high-demand sectors. We’re expanding our team with an entry-level Precision CNC Production Operator focused on 5-axis milling, waterjet deburring, and leak testing.

Role Snapshot

• Operate and support 5-axis CNC milling processes under guided training
• Perform waterjet deburring to specification
• Conduct leak tests and record results accurately
• Monitor quality, measurements, and part conformity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and throughput

Training & Support

Compensation & Benefits

• $18–$25/hour starting pay, plus overtime opportunities
