Reading Specialist (Part‑Time) Base pay range: $50.00/hr – $55.00/hr TactStaff is seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Reading Specialist to join a high school team in Massachusetts for the 2025–2026 school year. Responsibilities Provide targeted reading interventions for students performing below grade level. Collaborate with teachers to integrate literacy strategies across subject areas. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with staff and families. Qualifications Active Massachusetts Teaching License with a Reading Specialist or Reading Certification.
