Key responsibilities Analyze purchasing requisitions for clarity, completeness, and proper documentation Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and other purchasing conditions with suppliers Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation, analyzing bids for responsiveness and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field 3+ years of related work experience in purchasing Knowledge of purchasing practices in the engineering and construction industry Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Proficiency in utilizing Costpoint is preferred
