Le Jardinier is a collaborative culinary experience crafted by the global hospitality group The Bastion Collection and Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli, longtime protégé of legendary French Chef Joël Robuchon.
Influenced by his 18 years immersed in Japanese culture, Chef Alain designed Le Jardinier as a tribute to the philosophy of seasonality that is deeply ingrained in Japanese cuisine. WITH MENUS MIRRORING THE NATURAL RHYTHM OF THE SEASONS, dishes constantly evolvE based on the best available ingredients.
The wine list features over 350 references, and has an international focus drawing heavily on the French regions of Champagne, Burgundy, and Bordeaux.
